Return policy


All products considered for return must first email in order to receive a return authorization number if approved.

Please provide the following: Name, phone #, invoive #, date of purchase, description of product and a reason for the return.  We will glady take a look and see how we can serve you.


Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.


All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee after 30 days.  Product(s) must received in 30 days or less, from the date of purchase.  Shipment time or the authorization of a shipment intended to arrive at our location does not apply, we must have product in our posession by day 30 after being purchased in the event of a return. In the event that a restocking fee is applied it will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.  Shipping and handling fees for on products being retured will be paid for by purchaser(s).




If the products that you purchased are in like new condition, you may exchange the product within 30 days from the intial purchase date and avoid a restocking fee. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return and outgoing shipping costs.


Back Orders


If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock if you chose to do so.   When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will be charged shipping on the portion of that parts that you received.  In the event of backorders we will contact the customer and explain the cause of the back order.  We are dilligent in fulfillinf back orders and fill the oldest back orders first.


Order Tracking


If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information
